Power Station Shutdown contract - April 2016
Rescue 2 have been contracted to provide Rescue and Medical support to a team of over 400 contractors, working on essential maintenance works for a large power station shutdown in the South West of England.
The four man team will be working onsite for 14 hour shifts, for a period of two months.
The team will consist of three Rescue specialists, and a Paramedic, a Rescue Response vehicle, and a fully functional Ambulance - for deployment as necessary.
With that many contractors working on a project, it is crucial to have an onsite paramedic and ambulance - to provide treatments for industrial injuries and emergencies, plus provide an onsite clinic for everyday ailments.
Rescue 2 now have over 45 trained emergency service and industry specialists available for the Rescue 2 teams. On busy weeks, we can have as many as 15 specialists deployed in any one day, to contracts and projects around the country.
