The staff they send to site are helpful and work with the site to ensure everyone goes home safe. It does not matter if its a small scale breakdown or a large outage the service is the same.
Their onsite training and off site training is extremely thorough and prepares staff for any issues they might have weither thats confined space entry or medical first aid.
