Rescue 2 at the Southern Water Conference 2014

Rescue 2 took one of their Confined Space Rescue vehicles along to the recent Southern Water Conference, held on the 29th and 30th July at the stunning Brighton Amex Stadium.

The conference is an annual event, and is for Southern Water employees, contractors and suppliers.

Rescue 2 have been working with Morrisons Utility Services and Southern Water, and were invited to the conference to showcase their specialist technical Confined Space Rescue services.

The two days attracted a lot of interest - and gave the confined space rescue team an opportunity to show off some of the technical equipment used, including the Vortex Rope Resue system - which was temporarily rigged in demo mode for the duration of the show, Breathing Apparatus equipment, one of the new response vehicles, and to discuss their specialist backgrounds and Rescue 2's unique service.
